C-Thru Ruler
Did you know?
C-Thru ruler is a pioneer in the manufacturing of transparent plastic rulers designed by schoolteacher Jennie Zachs in 1939. Jennie developed the idea that a see through rulers would be much more useful in the classroom.
In June 2012, the non-scrapbooking part of the business was sold to Acme United Corporation and C-Thru has become part of the Westcott product family, which mainly consists of rulers, scissors and other school and office products.
